Both the Work Order & Waiver must be filled out and signed before drop-off. We will NOT accept any skis that do not have both forms filled out.

If you have multiple skis you must fill out muliple work orders, even if the same bevels, structure, etc.

Payment will occur before drop-off on the website’s store after filling out both forms.

Work Order & Cart MUST match or the order will be canceled and your money refunded
